At Faith Imagined Apparel, each item is made with care and purpose. Because of this, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our return and refund process.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Proof of issue (photo/video) is required
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing (please review size charts before purchasing)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Worn or washed items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will provide the best possible resolution.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- You may receive a replacement item or refund, depending on availability
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
Final Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
